The following steps will help with troubleshooting your web pager / text messenger service. Perform the checks in the order provided to establish where the problem might be.

1. Test your email service

Confirm that your email service is forwarding your messages to your device by sending an email to the email address provided by your service provider. Do not test your service from the service provider’s website. That is not a true test of the email address and service.

2. Check your Web Pager set-up

After confirming that your email address is working properly, confirm the email address setting from the Admin Menu of your site.

3. Still not working?
