Welcome to MarketReach. Now that you have established a MarketReach account or Test Drive you can begin taking advantage of the many features and benefits MarketReach offers.

The following steps will help you set up your account to offer the best results.

Step 1 - Confirm and update your Personal Preferences
Confirm that your contact information / preferences are correct and complete. This information will be automatically inserted into your marketing emails.

Viewing and setting your preferences-
From the Home page, select the “Preferences” link at the top right of the page.

  • Email Settings – Check that your email address is correct. The email address shown will be displayed on all of your email campaigns.
    Click the  button to change the email address.
  • Personal Info – Check that your personal information is correct and complete. This information will be displayed on all of your email campaigns.
    Click the edit_ecard.gif button to change remove your personal information.
    To remove any of the information from showing simply delete the information from the edit form.
  • Application Settings – Allows you to set your default E-Mail Reminders.
    Click the edit_ecard.gif button to view and set your email reminder options.

Step 2 – Add your first contact into your Contact Manager
Add your own contact information to MarketReach. Adding yourself as a contact will allow you to get familiar with adding contacts and allow you to send sample emails (eCards) to yourself.

Adding A Contact-
From the Home page, select the “Organize Contacts” link at the top of the page.

  • Select “Create New Contact”
    Provide the requested information. Minimum details required are:
    - First Name
    - Last Name
    - Email Address
    Adding additional details will help later when using the Search features in you Contact Manager.
  • Click the “Add” button at the bottom of the page to add your contact information.

Step 3 – Sending Email Using MarketReach

Now that you’ve configured your account and established some contacts, you are ready to send out your material.

Flyers are property listings with images in an email friendly format.
