MarketReach uses a specific address to send out email. You can update that address by doing the following:
- Log into your MarketReach Account
- Click on the Preferences link at the top right corner of the page
- Press the Application Preferences button
- Press “Edit” beside the E-mail Settings option
- Press the “Edit” Button beside the E-mail address
- Enter in the new e-mail address
- Enter it a second time to verify that you have it correct
- Press the Change e-mail address
Watch the mail box in the new e-mail account for the message to confirm that this is a good address. Please be advised that with certain e-mail clients this message is often immediately sent to the Junk mail/ bulk mail.
Once the e-mail is opened and the confirmation is sent the e-mail address in your Market Reach program will be reset and all of the information that is involved will be updated.
